Dear Users,

To ensure your shopping experience and clarify the delivery service standards, the mall hereby announces the matters related to delivery as follows. For any questions, please contact customer service for consultation.

I. Delivery Scope

Default Delivery

We support courier delivery services to mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and remote areas). Remote areas include some counties in Xinjiang, Tibet, Qinghai, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, etc. For specific details, please refer to the system display when submitting your order.

Special Notes

  • Direct delivery to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas is not available temporarily. If you need to purchase, please contact customer service to consult the transshipment plan.
  • Due to transportation restrictions, some fresh products and large-sized items (such as refrigerators, furniture) only support delivery to designated areas. For details, please see the product details page.

II. Delivery Timeframe

Regular Courier

After successful order payment, regular products will be shipped within 48 hours. The default couriers are YTO Express, ZTO Express, STO Express, etc. Generally, delivery takes 3-7 working days (5-10 working days for remote areas).

Express Delivery Service

"Same-day delivery" and "next-day delivery" are available for core areas of first-tier and second-tier cities. You need to check the "Express Delivery" option on the product details page:

  • Orders paid before 11:00 on the day will be delivered on the same day;
  • Orders paid after 11:00 will be delivered on the next day.
    An additional delivery fee of ¥10-¥20 is required for this service.

Pre-order/Customized Products

The shipping timeframe is subject to the indication on the product details page (e.g., "Shipped within 7 days after payment"). The delivery time will be extended accordingly, and you will be notified via SMS after shipment.

Special Periods

During holidays and large-scale promotional events (such as 618, Double 11), the number of orders surges, and the shipping and delivery timeframes may be delayed by 1-3 days. We appreciate your understanding.

III. Delivery Fees

Free Shipping on Minimum Spend

For a single order, if the actual payment amount reaches ¥88 (excluding coupon deductions and points deductions), you can enjoy free regular courier shipping; if the amount is less than ¥88, a basic delivery fee of ¥5-¥15 will be charged (additional fees based on weight for remote areas).

Special Products

  • Fresh products require cold chain transportation, so a cold chain delivery fee of ¥10 is charged.
  • Large-sized items (weight > 30kg or volume > 0.5m³) are priced based on weight and volume. The specific fee is subject to the display on the checkout page.

IV. Delivery Methods

Courier Delivery

Products are delivered to the receiving address you filled in by default, and the recipient is required to sign for the goods in person (you can note collection methods such as "Leave at courier station" or "Leave in parcel locker", and you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities).

Cold Chain Delivery

Fresh and frozen products are packaged with professional cold chain materials (ice packs + insulated boxes) to ensure freshness. When signing for the goods, please check whether the packaging is intact and the products are spoiled.

V. Handling of Delivery Abnormalities

Delayed Delivery

If you have not received the goods 3 days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact customer service to check the logistics progress. If the delay is confirmed, you can apply for a ¥5-¥20 coupon as compensation.

Damaged/Lost Products

If you find the products damaged or lost when signing for them, you must refuse to sign on the spot, take photos for retention, and contact customer service to apply for reshipment or refund. If you find problems after signing for the goods, you need to provide evidence within 24 hours, and customer service will assist in handling the matter.

Address Error/Change

Before the order is shipped, you can contact customer service to modify the receiving address. If the order has been shipped, you need to contact the courier company to negotiate on your own, and you shall bear the fees incurred by modifying the address.
