I. Return and Exchange Policy and Process

Returns/Exchanges for Quality Issues

If a product needs to be returned or exchanged due to inherent quality problems (such as performance failures, craftsmanship defects, missing accessories, etc.), after verification and confirmation by the mall, the merchant shall bear the round-trip postage/shipping fee.

Returns/Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues

Only applicable to products purchased at the original price (excluding promotional products such as special-offer items, clearance items, and flash-sale items), and must meet the condition of "not affecting secondary sales". The postage/shipping fee incurred from the return or exchange shall be borne by the buyer.

Cases Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Products that have been used, cleaned, damaged, or have broken packaging or missing accessories, which affect secondary sales;
  • Customized products (such as engraved jewelry, custom-sized home furnishings, personalized printed items, etc.) with no quality issues;
  • Products clearly marked "No Return/Exchange" on the product details page or purchase certificate (such as special categories including intimate apparel, food, cosmetics, etc.);
  • Perishable products (such as fruits, fresh food, fresh flowers, etc.), which are not eligible for return or exchange except for quality issues.

II. Product Warranty Policy

Customers who purchase products in this mall will automatically become mall members and enjoy the following warranty services:

  • Home appliances, digital products, and home furnishing products: Corresponding warranty services will be provided in accordance with the national "Three Guarantees" (Guarantee of Repair, Replacement, and Refund) regulations and brand commitments (the specific warranty period shall be subject to the product manual or the information provided at the time of purchase);
  • Durable consumer goods such as leather goods, watches, and small home appliances: Provide free warranty services ranging from 1 to 3 years (specifically subject to the product category);
  • Exclusive member benefits: For some high-end category products (such as brand luggage, jewelry accessories, etc.), members can enjoy value-added services such as extended warranty and free maintenance.
  • Note: The warranty service requires valid purchase certificates (invoices, electronic orders, etc.), and the product failure must not be caused by man-made damage or improper use.
