II. Situations Not Eligible for Free Shipping
1. Special Products
- Fresh and frozen products require cold chain transportation. Regardless of the order amount, an additional ¥10 cold chain service fee will be charged.
- Large-sized products (weight > 30kg or volume > 0.5m³, such as refrigerators, wardrobes, treadmills, etc.) require dedicated line delivery and are not eligible for free shipping. The specific fee will be automatically displayed during checkout.
2. Value-Added Services
When you choose fast delivery services such as "Express Delivery" or "Scheduled Delivery", you need to pay the corresponding service fee and are not eligible for free shipping.
3. Remote Areas
Even if the order amount for remote areas reaches ¥88, an additional remote area delivery fee of ¥5-¥10 will still be charged. The specific amount is subject to system calculation.
4. Split Orders
If you purchase multiple products at the same time and place separate orders, each order must individually meet the ¥88 minimum spend to qualify for free shipping; if you combine the products into a single order and the amount reaches ¥88, you can enjoy free shipping for that one order.
