This Mall provides you with account registration, login, and management services, which are offered by Baishang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Mall" or "we").

When formulating this Privacy Policy, we have fully considered your needs. It is crucial that you fully understand our practices for collecting and using personal information, while ensuring that you ultimately have control over the personal information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy specifies how we collect, use, disclose, process, and store the information you provide to us when using our Mall account.

Note: For the rules on the collection and use of your personal information when using the corresponding products and/or services after logging into your Mall account, please refer to the privacy policy of that specific product and/or service. Under this Privacy Policy, "personal information" refers to information or data that can identify a specific individual either by itself or when combined with other information. We will handle and use such information in strict compliance with this Privacy Policy.

The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or services applicable to Mall accounts, and to ensure that we comply with relevant applicable laws, regulations, and other normative documents. You have the right to choose whether to provide such information. However, in most cases, if you do not provide it, we may not be able to provide you with the corresponding services or respond to the issues you encounter.

We will only collect and use the personal information you provide for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. When providing the following service functions, we may process your relevant personal information in specific ways; these functions include:

1. Provision of Basic Account Functions

(1) Registration or Login

When registering, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number or email address as your Mall account name. At the same time, you can also set a password for your Mall account. Your account and password will be encrypted and stored on the server. We recommend that you properly keep your password information to prevent your Mall account from being stolen by others. After successfully registering for a Mall account, you can log in to the Mall at any time using your Mall account.

To provide a convenient login experience, you can choose to have your mobile phone number filled in automatically during registration or login. For this purpose, we need to obtain your SIM card IMSI, ICCID, device model, system version information, and network connection status. The above functions may require you to enable network permissions and WLAN status permissions on your device for us to collect and use the information involved in these functions.

(2) Completion of Account Information

When using various services provided by us, you can improve your basic information such as avatar, nickname, and gender to obtain better services and experience. Not providing such information will not affect the basic functions of your Mall account.

2. Functions Necessary for Ensuring the Security of Registration and Login

To enhance the security of the system when you use our products and/or services, more accurately prevent phishing website fraud, and protect account security, we will also verify your identity through SMS, email, password, or security verification.

For risk control purposes, we will also collect your registration/login time, device-related information (such as device IMEI/OAID (on Android Q), device model, operating system version), Bluetooth address, and network information (such as WLAN SSID, frequently used login IP address). For this reason, we need to obtain device information permissions from you and collect your device IMEI/OAID to ensure the security of your registration or login environment. In addition, we will also provide your mobile phone number to third parties (such as mobile phone number risk level databases, and operators' secondary number verification services) for verification to ensure the security of your account.

To enhance your experience of using the Mall account, we may collect and use your personal information in the following additional functions. If you do not provide such personal information, you can still use the Xiaomi Account, but you may not be able to use these additional functions.

Information related to national security and national defense security;
2.Information related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
3.Information related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
4.Information collected for the purpose of protecting the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of the subject of personal information or other individuals, where it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual concerned;
5.Personal information that the subject of the personal information has disclosed to the public on their own initiative;
6.Your personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure channels, etc.;
7.Information necessary for signing a contract at your request;
