To help you complete your purchase quickly, we hereby provide a simplified explanation of the mall’s ordering process as follows. For detailed information, please consult customer service.

I. Select Products

1. Search: Enter keywords on the homepage, or browse through the "Product Categories" level by level.
2. Filter: Narrow down the selection using criteria such as price, sales volume, and positive review rate, then sort and compare.
3. Confirm: Check the product details (specifications, reviews, inventory, shipping fees) to confirm it meets your needs.

II. Place Order and Make Payment

1. Select the product specifications and quantity, click "Add to Cart", then verify the product information and click "Proceed to Checkout".
2. Fill in/select the delivery address, choose the delivery method, apply for an invoice if needed, and check the coupon box/use balance or points for deduction.
3. After confirming the amount, click "Submit Order".

III. Track Order

1. After logging in, check the order status (pending payment, pending shipment, pending receipt, etc.) in "My Orders".
2. Once the order is "shipped", you can view the logistics tracking number and real-time tracking information. Regular products will be shipped within 48 hours (excluding special products such as pre-ordered items).

IV. Receive and Inspect Goods

1. When receiving the goods, verify the quantity, specifications, and packaging of the products in person. If there is an issue, refuse to sign for the goods and contact customer service.
2. If you find an issue after signing for the goods, contact customer service to apply for handling within 7 days (for special products, follow the after-sales policy).

V. After-Sales Service and Leave Review

1. After-Sales Service: In "My Orders", click "Apply for After-Sales Service", select the service type, fill in the reason, and upload supporting documents. Customer service will review the application within 24 hours.
2. Leave Review: After confirming receipt of the goods, click "Leave a Review".
