Welcome to sign this Tigshop Platform Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") with the operators of various Tigshop platforms (see the Definition Clause for details) and use the Tigshop platform services!
This Agreement is a revised version of the Tigshop Service Agreement. From the date of release of this Agreement, all references to the "Tigshop Service Agreement" on the Tigshop platform shall refer to this Agreement.
The index keywords listed before each service clause are only for helping you understand the main purpose of the clause, and do not affect or restrict the meaning or interpretation of the clauses of this Agreement. To protect your own rights and interests, it is recommended that you carefully read the specific wording of each clause.
【Careful Reading】 Before you click to agree to this Agreement during the registration application process, you shall carefully read this Agreement. You must carefully read and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liabilities, and the clauses concerning applicable law and dispute resolution. The clauses that exempt or limit liabilities will be marked with bold and underlined, and you shall focus on reading them. If you have any questions about the Agreement, you may consult the Tigshop platform customer service.
【Contract Signing Action】 When you fill in the information as prompted on the registration page, read and agree to this Agreement, and complete all registration procedures, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this Agreement, and reached an agreement with Tigshop, thus becoming a "User" of the Tigshop platform. During the process of reading this Agreement, if you do not agree to this Agreement or any of its clauses, you shall immediately stop the registration process.
I. Definitions
- Tigshop Platform Services: Various services provided by Tigshop to you based on the Internet in various forms (including the Tigshop platform website, client terminal, etc., and new service forms emerging from future technological development).
- Tigshop Platform Rules: All rules, interpretations, announcements and other contents that have been released and will be released subsequently in all Tigshop platform rules channels, as well as various rules, implementation details, product process descriptions, announcements and other contents released by each platform in gangs, forums and help centers.

II. Scope of the Agreement
2.1 Contracting Parties
【Equal Subjects】 This Agreement is jointly concluded by you and the operator of the Tigshop platform, and this Agreement shall have contractual effect on both you and the operator of the Tigshop platform.
【Subject Information】 The operator of the Tigshop platform refers to each legal entity operating the Tigshop platform. You may check the license information publicly displayed at the bottom of the homepage of each Tigshop platform website at any time to confirm the Tigshop entity that performs the contract with you. Under this Agreement, the operator of the Tigshop platform may change due to business adjustments of the Tigshop platform. The changed operator of the Tigshop platform shall perform this Agreement with you and provide services to you. The change of the operator of the Tigshop platform shall not affect your rights under this Agreement. The operator of the Tigshop platform may also be added due to the provision of new Tigshop platform services. If you use the newly added Tigshop platform services, it shall be deemed that you agree that the newly added operator of the Tigshop platform shall perform this Agreement with you. In case of a dispute, you may determine the entity that performs the contract with you and the opposite party to the dispute according to the specific services you use and the specific actor that affects your rights and interests.
2.2 Supplementary Agreements
Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the clauses listed in this Agreement signed by you and Tigshop cannot fully list and cover all the rights and obligations between you and Tigshop, and the existing agreements cannot guarantee to fully meet the needs of future development. Therefore, the Tigshop Platform Legal Statement, Privacy Policy and Tigshop Platform Rules are all supplementary agreements to this Agreement, which are inseparable from this Agreement and have the same legal effect. If you use the Tigshop platform services, it shall be deemed that you agree to the above supplementary agreements.
III. Account Registration and Use
3.1 User Qualification
You confirm that before you start the registration process to use the Tigshop platform services, you shall have the capacity for civil conduct corresponding to your actions as stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you do not have the aforementioned capacity for civil conduct corresponding to your actions, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences resulting therefrom in accordance with the law.
In addition, you shall also ensure that you are not an object subject to trade restrictions, economic sanctions or other legal and regulatory restrictions imposed by any country, region or international organization, and have not directly or indirectly provided funds, goods or services to the aforementioned objects. Otherwise, you shall stop using the Tigshop platform services. At the same time, you understand that violating the aforementioned requirements may result in your inability to normally register and use the Tigshop platform services.
3.2 Account Description
【Account Acquisition】 When you fill in the information as prompted on the registration page, read and agree to this Agreement, and complete all registration procedures, you may obtain a Tigshop platform account and become a user of the Tigshop platform.
The Tigshop platform only allows each user to use one Tigshop platform account. If there is evidence to prove or Tigshop determines that you have improperly registered or improperly used multiple Tigshop platform accounts in accordance with the Tigshop Platform Rules, the Tigshop platform may take measures such as freezing or closing the accounts, canceling orders, and refusing to provide services. If losses are caused to the Tigshop platform and related parties, you shall also bear the liability for compensation.
【Account Transfer】 Since the user account is associated with the user's credit information, you may transfer the account only if there are explicit legal provisions, judicial rulings or consent from Tigshop, and in accordance with the user account transfer process stipulated in the Tigshop Platform Rules. Once your account is transferred, the rights and obligations under the account shall be transferred together. Except for the above circumstances, your account shall not be transferred in any way. Otherwise, the Tigshop platform has the right to pursue your liability for breach of contract, and you shall bear all the responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom.
【Real-Name Authentication】 As the operator of the Tigshop platform, to enable you to better use various services of the Tigshop platform and ensure the security of your account, Tigshop may require you to complete real-name authentication in accordance with the company's requirements and relevant laws and regulations.
【Inactive Account Recovery】 If your account meets the following conditions at the same time, Tigshop may recover your account. Your account will no longer be able to log in to any platform, and the corresponding services will be terminated at the same time:
(1) The account is not bound to a real-name authenticated account;
(2) It has not been used to log in to any platform for six consecutive months;
(3) There are no valid services that have not expired.
3.3 Registration Information Management
3.3.1 Authenticity and Legality
【Authenticity of Information】 When using the Tigshop platform services, you shall provide your information (including your name, email address, contact phone number, contact address, etc.) accurately and completely as prompted on the Tigshop platform page, so that Tigshop or other users can contact you. You understand and agree that you have the obligation to maintain the authenticity and validity of the information you provide.
【Legality of Member Name】 The Tigshop member name you set shall not violate the provisions of national laws and regulations and the Tigshop Platform Rules on the management of member names. Otherwise, Tigshop may recover your Tigshop member name. The recovery of the Tigshop member name shall not affect your ability to log in to the Tigshop platform and use the Tigshop platform services via email or mobile phone number.
3.3.2 Update and Maintenance
You shall update the information you provide in a timely manner. In cases where the law clearly stipulates that Tigshop, as a platform service provider, must verify the information of some users (such as platform sellers), Tigshop will verify your information from time to time in accordance with the law, and you shall cooperate to provide the latest, true, complete and valid information.
If Tigshop fails to contact you using the last information you provided, you fail to provide information in a timely manner as required by Tigshop, the information you provided is obviously untrue, or the administrative or judicial organs verify that the information you provided is invalid, you shall bear all losses and adverse consequences caused to yourself, others and Tigshop. Tigshop may send you a notice of inquiry or request for rectification, and require you to re-authenticate until it suspends or terminates the provision of part or all of the Tigshop platform services to you, and Tigshop shall not be liable for this.
3.4 Account Security Specifications
【Obligation to Keep Account Secure】 Your account is set and kept by yourself, and Tigshop will never take the initiative to ask you to provide your account password. Therefore, it is recommended that you must keep your account properly, and ensure that you log out and leave the Tigshop platform through the correct steps at the end of each online session.
Tigshop shall not be liable for losses and consequences caused by the active disclosure of your account, or attacks, fraud or other acts suffered by you. You shall pursue compensation from the infringer through judicial, administrative and other relief channels.
【Responsibility for Account Activities】 Except in cases where Tigshop is at fault, you shall be responsible for all the results of the activities under your account (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, releasing information, purchasing goods and services, and disclosing information).
【Daily Maintenance Notes】 If you find any unauthorized use of your account to log in to the Tigshop platform or other situations that may lead to the theft or loss of your account, it is recommended that you immediately notify Tigshop and authorize Tigshop to synchronize this information to the platform. You understand that Tigshop needs a reasonable time to take action on any of your requests, and the actions taken by Tigshop at your request may not be able to avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the infringement consequences. Except in cases where Tigshop is at statutory fault, Tigshop shall not be liable.
IV. Tigshop Platform Services and Specifications
【Overview of Services】 You have the right to enjoy services such as browsing, collecting, purchasing and evaluating goods and/or services, handling transaction disputes, and information exchange (such as Q&A and sharing) on the Tigshop platform. Tigshop provides a wide range of services, and you can log in to the Tigshop platform to browse for specific details.
4.1 Browsing and Collecting of Goods and/or Services
During your browsing of our website or client terminal, Tigshop provides you with functions such as information classification, keyword search, screening, collection and following to better match your needs. You can collect the goods and/or services you are interested in, add them to the shopping cart, and follow the stores/brands you are interested in.
4.2 Purchase and Evaluation of Goods and/or Services
【Purchase of Goods and/or Services】 When you purchase goods and/or services on the Tigshop platform, you must carefully confirm important items such as the name, price, quantity, model, specification, size of the goods to be purchased, or the time, content and restrictive requirements of the services, and verify your contact address, phone number, consignee and other information when placing an order. If the consignee you fill in is not yourself, the legal consequences of the consignee's actions and declarations shall be borne by you.
Your purchase behavior shall be based on real consumer needs, and you shall not engage in behaviors that disrupt the normal transaction order of the Tigshop platform, such as malicious purchase of goods and/or services and malicious rights protection. For the purpose of maintaining the transaction order and transaction security of the Tigshop platform, Tigshop may take the initiative to close the relevant transaction orders when it discovers the above circumstances.
【Fixed Price and Auction】 There are two pricing methods on the Tigshop platform: "fixed price" and "auction". In the case of the auction method, you understand that the Tigshop platform is not an "auctioneer" as stipulated in the Auction Law of the People's Republic of China; the Tigshop platform is only an online trading venue for users to purchase goods and/or services through bidding.
【Evaluation】 You have the right to evaluate the goods and/or services of other users with whom you have completed a transaction in the evaluation system provided by the Tigshop platform. You shall understand that your evaluation information on the Tigshop platform is public. If you do not want to disclose your identity information to the public in the evaluation information, you have the right to choose to publish the evaluation content anonymously.
To ensure that the evaluation content can provide a reliable basis for consumers' shopping decisions and reflect the true situation of the goods and/or services, all your evaluation behaviors shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Tigshop Platform Rules. The evaluation content shall be legal, objective, true and relevant to the goods and/or services of the transaction, and shall not contain any abusive language, pornographic and vulgar content, advertising information, and other prohibited information specified by laws and regulations and this Agreement; you shall not help others improve their credit in improper ways or use the right of evaluation to threaten or extort other users. Tigshop may take necessary disposal measures for the evaluation information generated by your implementation of the above behaviors in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Tigshop Platform Rules.
4.3 Handling of Transaction Disputes
【Channels for Handling Transaction Disputes】 If you have a dispute with another user during the transaction process on the Tigshop platform, either you or the other user has the right to choose the following channels to resolve it:
(1) Negotiate independently with the opposite party to the dispute;
(2) Use the dispute mediation service provided by the Tigshop platform;
(3) Request a consumer association or other legally established mediation organization for mediation;
(4) File a complaint with the relevant administrative department;
(5) Apply to an arbitration institution for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration agreement (if any) reached with the opposite party to the dispute;
(6) File a lawsuit with a people's court.
【Platform Mediation Service】 If you use the dispute mediation service of the Tigshop platform in accordance with the Tigshop Platform Rules, it means that you recognize and are willing to perform the mediation decision made by the customer service of the Tigshop platform or the public reviewers (the "mediation party") as an independent third party based on the dispute facts it understands and in accordance with the Tigshop Platform Rules (including adjusting the transaction status of the relevant order, determining to pay all or part of the disputed funds to one or both parties of the transaction, etc.). Before the mediation decision of the Tigshop platform is made, you may choose the channels mentioned in (3), (4), (5) and (6) above (hereinafter referred to as "other dispute handling channels") to resolve the dispute so as to suspend the dispute mediation service of the Tigshop platform.
If you are not satisfied with the mediation decision, you still have the right to adopt other dispute handling channels to resolve the dispute, but before a final decision is obtained through other dispute handling channels, you shall first perform the mediation decision.
4.4 Information Exchange
To meet the information exchange needs of users, such as sharing shopping experience, you may publicly publish information and interact with other users through the Q&A, order sharing, forum, group and other information release functions provided by Tigshop, including commenting, replying, leaving messages, sending bullet comments, liking, etc. The forms of information include text, pictures, videos, live broadcast content, emojis, symbols, etc. You must ensure that all the information you publish complies with the relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of this Agreement.
4.5 Trade Restrictions
With respect to the goods, services, software and technologies obtained through the Tigshop platform (including the software and technologies provided by the Tigshop platform), you promise to comply with all applicable laws and regulations on import and export control, trade restrictions and economic sanctions. For the purpose of maintaining the transaction order and transaction security of the Tigshop platform, if you violate the aforementioned promise, Tigshop may take the initiative to close the relevant transaction orders and dispose of the account when it discovers the above circumstances.
4.6 Fees
Tigshop has invested a lot of costs in providing services to you on the Tigshop platform. Except for the paid services explicitly stated on the Tigshop platform, the services provided by Tigshop to you are currently free of charge. If Tigshop charges reasonable fees to you in the future, Tigshop will take a reasonable approach and notify you in advance through legal procedures for a sufficiently reasonable period in the manner agreed in Article 8 of this Agreement, to ensure that you have sufficient right to choose.
4.7 Limitation of Liability
【Force Majeure and Third-Party Causes】 Tigshop performs its basic guarantee obligations in accordance with the law, but Tigshop shall not bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract for the following circumstances that lead to obstacles, defects, delays or changes in the performance of the contract:
(1) Force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, and judicial and administrative orders;
(2) Public service factors such as power supply failures and communication network failures, or third-party factors;
(3) Factors such as routine or emergency equipment and system maintenance, equipment and system failures, network information and data security, etc., under the condition that Tigshop has exercised good faith management.
【Mass Information】 Tigshop only provides you with the Tigshop platform services. You understand that the information on the Tigshop platform is released by users themselves, and there may be risks and defects. Tigshop will try its best to protect your legitimate rights and interests and good experience on the Tigshop platform by establishing relevant inspection and monitoring systems in accordance with the law. At the same time, in view of the characteristics of the Tigshop platform, such as the existence of massive information and the separation of information and physical objects in the network information environment, Tigshop cannot review the information of goods and/or services one by one, and cannot review the quality, safety, legality, authenticity and accuracy of the goods and/or services involved in the transaction one by one. Therefore, you shall make a cautious judgment.
【Mediation Decision】 You understand and agree that in the dispute mediation service, the customer service and public reviewers of the Tigshop platform are not professionals and can only judge the vouchers submitted by users based on the cognition of ordinary people. Therefore, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the mediation party shall be exempted from liability for the dispute mediation decision.
