I. General Provisions

These Disclaimer Terms are intended to clarify the rights, obligations, and liability boundaries between [the Mall] (hereinafter referred to as "the Mall") and users in the course of using the Mall’s services. Before registering, browsing, purchasing products from the Mall, or using the Mall’s services, users shall carefully read and fully understand the contents of these Terms. Once a user uses the Mall’s services, it shall be deemed that the user has fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

The Mall only acts as an online trading platform, providing users with services such as product display, information exchange, and transaction matching.

II. Disclaimer for User Registration and Account Use

Users shall properly keep their account information such as account name and password, and bear full responsibility for all operations conducted through the account and the resulting consequences. The Mall shall not be liable for any losses caused by the leakage or theft of the user’s account information, or the user’s own operational errors.

Users shall ensure that the personal information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete. If the user’s own rights and interests are damaged or the Mall and third parties suffer losses due to the user providing false information, the user shall bear full responsibility, and the Mall shall not bear any compensation liability or joint liability.

If a user discovers any abnormal use of their account, they shall immediately notify the Mall and take corresponding measures. The Mall will make every effort to assist the user after receiving the notification, but shall not be liable for losses that have occurred before the notification.

III. Disclaimer for Product Information and Description

Product information on the Mall (including but not limited to product name, price, specifications, model, pictures, function introduction, etc.) is provided and uploaded by merchants themselves. The Mall has fulfilled its reasonable obligation to review information, but does not guarantee the absolute authenticity, accuracy, completeness, validity, or legality of the product information. If a user suffers losses due to inconsistencies between the product information description and the actual product, the user shall claim rights directly from the merchant, and the Mall shall not bear direct compensation liability.

The product pictures displayed on the Mall are provided by merchants or used with authorization. Due to factors such as shooting light, angle, and display resolution, there may be a certain color difference between the pictures and the actual products. Such color difference does not constitute a product quality issue, and the Mall shall not be liable for this.

Product prices may change due to factors such as market fluctuations and merchant promotional activities. The Mall will make every effort to update price information in a timely manner, but does not provide an absolute guarantee for the real-time nature or accuracy of the price information. In case of any dispute caused by incorrect price display, the Mall has the right to assist the user in negotiating a solution with the merchant, but shall not bear relevant compensation liability.

IV. Disclaimer for Transactions and Payments

The Mall only provides trading platform services. Transaction behaviors between users and merchants are determined independently through negotiation between the two parties. The Mall does not participate in specific negotiations during the transaction process, nor does it make any commitments or guarantees regarding the quality, performance, or after-sales service of the transaction subject. If any dispute arises between a user and a merchant regarding a transaction, the two parties shall resolve it through negotiation on their own; if negotiation fails, it may be resolved by filing a complaint with the relevant authorities, applying for arbitration, or filing a lawsuit, and the Mall shall not bear any joint liability.

The payment channels provided by the Mall are offered by third-party payment institutions. The Mall shall not bear direct compensation liability for payment failures, delayed fund crediting, fund losses, or other situations caused by technical failures, network interruptions, operational errors of third-party payment institutions, or other reasons during the payment process, but will make every effort to assist users in communicating and resolving issues with third-party payment institutions.

Users shall complete payment operations in accordance with the requirements of the Mall and third-party payment institutions. Any losses caused by improper user operations (such as entering incorrect payment information, failing to complete verification as prompted, etc.) shall be borne by the user themselves.

V. Disclaimer for Logistics and Delivery

The logistics and delivery services for products are provided by merchants or third-party logistics companies entrusted by merchants. The Mall does not participate in the logistics and delivery process. If a user suffers losses due to logistics and delivery delays, loss, damage, misdelivery, or other issues, the user shall claim rights directly from the merchant or logistics company. The Mall shall not bear compensation liability, but may provide necessary assistance (such as providing contact information of the merchant and logistics company) at the user’s request.

The Mall shall not be liable for logistics and delivery delays or failure to complete delivery caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, traffic control, epidemics, etc.), government actions, or other reasons not attributable to the Mall, merchants, or logistics companies.

VI. Disclaimer for Intellectual Property Rights

Merchants shall ensure that the product information, pictures, text, and other content they upload do not infringe the intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, etc.) of any third party. If the Mall or users suffer losses due to the content provided by merchants infringing the intellectual property rights of a third party, the merchant shall bear full compensation liability, and the Mall shall not bear any liability. If a third party claims rights against the Mall for intellectual property infringement, the Mall has the right to delete the allegedly infringing content without prior notice to the merchant, and assist the third party and users in pursuing the merchant’s liability.

When using the Mall’s services, users shall not upload or publish any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party; otherwise, they shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom. If the Mall suffers losses, the user shall also compensate the Mall for all such losses.

VII. Disclaimer for Force Majeure and Accidents

The Mall shall not be liable for any inability to normally provide services or any losses caused to users due to force majeure (including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, typhoons, tsunamis, fires, wars, riots, epidemics, government bans, etc.), but shall notify users through appropriate means within a reasonable period.

The Mall shall not bear compensation liability for service interruptions, data loss, or user losses caused by accidents not attributable to the Mall, such as computer viruses, hacker attacks, network failures, or power outages, but will make every effort to take remedial measures to restore services.

VIII. Other Disclaimer Matters

The Mall shall not bear any liability for third-party website links or information obtained by users in the course of using the services. When users click to access third-party websites, they shall bear the risks and responsibilities arising therefrom on their own.

The Mall may modify or update these Disclaimer Terms at any time in accordance with laws and regulations and business development needs. The modified Terms will be publicly announced in a prominent position on the Mall’s website and shall take effect upon announcement. Users shall review these Terms regularly. If a user continues to use the Mall’s services after the modification of the Terms, it shall be deemed that the user has accepted the content of the modified Terms.

The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Disclaimer Terms shall all be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If any dispute arises between a user and the Mall regarding the content of these Terms or their implementation, the two parties shall strive to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the people’s court with jurisdiction at the location of the Mall.

The Mall shall not bear any liability for any losses caused by users violating laws and regulations, these Disclaimer Terms, or other service terms.
